The Garner Town Council will meet for its annual planning retreat beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 17, in the Town Hall Training Room located on the second floor at 900 7th Ave. Day two of the retreat will convene in the same location on Friday, Feb. 18, starting at 8:30 a.m.
