Project Scope: The Town acquired property within the vicinity of Town Hall and is renovating the building for the following department staff: Engineering, IT and Communications. The project involves design and construction of a new site access road, building renovations, furnishings, fixtures and equipment to support staff needs.
Design Consultant: ADW Architects
General Contractor (GC): CMC Building, Inc.
Current Status (updated October 2024): Construction is underway. This work is anticipated to be complete the end of May 2025.
