Sandy Paws Mobile Veterinary Service is teaming up with the Town of Garner to offer rabies vaccines for only $10 on Saturday, Oct. 23 from 9 a.m. to noon at the North Garner Dog Park (221 E. Garner Road).

The rabies vaccine is required by law for dogs and cats by the time they reach four months of age. If you bring proof of last year’s rabies vaccine, you may qualify for a three-year vaccine.The distemper vaccines for dogs and cats also will be offered by request for only $10.

Please bring your cats in a hard-sided, secure carrier. All dogs must be on a secure, short leash.
