The Garner Economic Development Corporation, in partnership with the Town of Garner and its consultant, Inspire Placemaking Collective, Inc., invite you to a public meeting on Feb. 22 at 6 p.m. in the Town Hall training room (900 7th Ave., second floor) to discuss ideas for the Northeast Gateway Small Area Plan and to provide an update on a recently completed market study for this area around I-40 and Jones Sausage Road. The area includes 29 properties consisting of 118 acres. This is the second meeting in a six-month-long process to gain input on a potential plan.
