The Garner Town Council and Planning Commission will meet jointly on Dec. 20, 2022, at 5 p.m. in the Town Hall Training Room located on the second floor at 900 7th Ave. as the steering committee for the Character and Land Use Elements (CLUE) update to the Garner Forward Comprehensive Plan.
