The Town Council will hold a special meeting at 7 p.m. on Monday, July 13, 2020, in the Council Chambers in Town Hall (900 7th Ave.) to consider the following special-use permit amendment request:

SUP-SP-18-01, Project Axis (Amazon)--

Special-use permit amendment request submitted by Hillwood Development Company, LLC; to alter the conditions previously approved by the Garner Town Council on July 2, 2018. The site is located at 4851 Jones Sausage Road and may be further identified as Wake County PIN 1721-25-6323. (MAP HERE)

All persons interested in or affected by the above request are invited to attend the hearing and offer relevant facts in evidence. Additional information is available during regular office hours from the Planning Department (919-773-4449).
