This regular meeting of the Garner Town Council will be held in-person in the Council Chambers at Town Hall (900 7th Ave.) starting at 7 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 2. Masks are required for attendees, and social distancing practices will be followed. The meeting also will be live streamed at facebook.com/townofgarner.
