Town offices will be closed Thursday and Friday for Thanksgiving.
Notice: Our office hours for permitting are Monday through Friday 8:15 a.m.–4:45 p.m., with no new walk-ins accepted after 4:30 p.m.

The fees associated with each permit are outlined in the fee schedule; however, some permits may have multiple fees associated due to the work being done or on behalf of other agencies. If you have any questions about plan submittals or fees please contact our office and we can provide the amount due.

Please note: Additional plan review fees (if applicable) must be collected at time of submittal. Please refer to the fee schedule.

All construction plans and fees are to be collected at the Inspection office as opposed to multiple locations. This is an attempt to improve customer service by eliminating submittals and stops at multiple departments.

For your convenience, payments may be made using cash, check, debit or credit card. For online permit submissions, a debit or credit card payment may be made over the phone at the time of permit application approval.
