PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Town of Garner Town Council at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, September 8, 2015, in the Town of Garner Council Chambers to consider the following application:

General Use Rezoning:

Z 15-01, W Garner Road

A request has been made to the Garner Town Council by Hopper Communities to change the current zoning classification of an 18-acre site from Residential 20 (R-20) to Residential 9 (R-9) general use district. The current zoning of R-20 would allow the development of approximately 25 single-family homes on the site. The proposed R-9 zoning would allow a higher density of approximately 60 homes on the site. The 18-acre site is located on W Garner Road and can be further identified as Wake County PINS 1711351432 and 1711258325.

All persons interested in or affected by the above applications are invited to attend the hearing and offer relevant facts in evidence. Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Town of Garner Town Council at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, September 8, 2015, in the Town of Garner Council Chambers to consider the following application:

General Use Rezoning:

Z 15-02, McCullers Walk

A request has been made to the Garner Town Council by Ten Ten WEH, LP of Silver Spring, MD to rezone approximately 100 acres in the vicinity of McCullers Crossing. The property owners are identified as MBM Property Holdings LLC and CRA Commercial.

The rezoning site has several different zoning classifications from commercial to single-family residential. The request is to change the current zoning classification from SB C27, SB C94, (Service Business Conditional Use), R-9 C28 (Residential Conditional Use), R-40 W (Wake County Residential) to MF-1 (Multi-Family).

The 100-acre rezoning site has road frontage along Ten Ten Road and Caddy Road and can be further identified as Wake County PINS 0699069571, 0699060376, 0699056426, 0699071399, and 0699167852.
