Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Town of Garner Town Council at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, July 7, 2015, in the Town of Garner Council Chambers to consider the following application:

Conditional Use Site Plan: SUP SP 15-04: Fairfield Inn

SUP SP 15-04: Aiken & Yelle Associates is requesting special use site plan approval for a new hotel at the old Golden Corral site located on US Highway 70. The site is 1.83 acres in size. The property can be further identified as Wake County PIN 1701-58-1542.
