Registration Help

Program Registration Steps

  1. Select a program category from the Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources main menu bar.
  2. Click on the program to see the program details.
  3. Click on the 'Register for this program' button at the bottom of the page. If the 'Register for this program' button is not visible then the either the program you selected does not take registrations, registration is full, or you cannot register yet based on the registration dates.
  4. Fill out the online registration form (required fields are in red).
  5. Enter the day of the week (ex. Tuesday, Friday...). This is for security purposes.
  6. Check the terms and agreement checkbox (you cannot continue unless you accept all of the agreements by clicking the checkbox).
  7. Click the 'Continue with Registration' button.
  8. Fill out you Credit Card information (this is through Wachovia's Internet Secure website). Note: Some Credit Cards have a security feature (Verified by Visa, and MasterCard SecureCode) for online purchases which you must setup prior to proceeding with the online purchase.
  9. Proceed with the checkout process and you will recieve 2 receipts upon completion sent to your email, one receipt from the Town of Garner and one credit card receipt from Elavon (Wachovia's InternetSecure).


Shelter Reservation Steps

  1. Select a park from the Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources main menu bar.
  2. Scroll down to the 'Shelters' section and select a shelter to reserve
  3. Select the date you wish to reserve the shelter from the calendar on the left.
  4. The available times will show up on the right for the date you selected on the calendar (Green is available, Red is booked)
  5. Select a start time and how many hours you would like to reserve the shelter for (2 hour minimum).
  6. Fill out all of the reservation contact information
  7. Enter the day of the week (ex. Tuesday, Friday...). This is for security purposes.
  8. Check the terms and agreement checkbox (you cannot continue unless you accept all of the agreements by clicking the checkbox).
  9. Click the 'Reserve and Pay' button.
  10. Fill out you Credit Card information (this is through Wachovia's Internet Secure website). Note: Some Credit Cards have a security feature (Verified by Visa, and MasterCard SecureCode) for online purchases which you must setup prior to proceeding with the online purchase.

Event Registration Steps

  1. Select a event from the Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources main menu bar.
  2. If this event is selling tickets then the form will apear below the event details. Fill out all of the contact information
  3. Enter the number of tickets you wish for each group.
  4. Enter the day of the week (ex. Tuesday, Friday...). This is for security purposes.
  5. Check the terms and agreement checkbox (you cannot continue unless you accept all of the agreements by clicking the checkbox).
  6. Click the 'Purchase' button.
  7. Fill out you Credit Card information (this is through Wachovia's Internet Secure website). Note: Some Credit Cards have a security feature (Verified by Visa, and MasterCard SecureCode) for online purchases which you must setup prior to proceeding with the online purchase.
